"Love" Sign/swing

Definitely our largest public art project so far. This has been in our front yard for about a year and a half now.
It started off with Christmas lights lighting the sign.
We laser cut hundreds of hearts and asked people to write messages on them, which we then nailed to the legs of the swing. Unfortunately, most of these messages have faded, and are now illegible.
We originally intended people to take the hearts WITH them and give them away as gifts, but they ended up leaving them on the table, so we nailed them into the bench.
People routinely stop by our house in the middle of the night and take photos on the swing, which we love and is why we built it. Sometimes they knock on the door and ask if its okay, which is very polite of them, but totally not necessary.
The funniest thing I’ve seen so far is somebody who appeared to be doing a semi-professional photoshoot on the swing. Him and a photographer showed up late one night and took a LOT of photos in various poses.
